All USA orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Express shipping may be available for an additional cost.
Delivery Times
The average delivery time for orders within the continental USA is around 4-7 business days and the average delivery time for International orders is dependent upon the shipping option chosen at checkout.
International Shipping
Shipping for International orders will be calculated at checkout. Please be advised that any additional fees for shipping abroad will be the responsibility of the buyer (brokerage fees, customs duties, and any other charges).
Lost/damaged parcels - Contact the shipper for a lost/damaged parcel form for lost or damaged packages.
Return requests need to be initiated within 7 days from when your order tracking status is delivered by sending your request via our Contact Form.
All returns must be approved. Items returned without a prior return authorization number will not be eligible for a return. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges are not refundable. We need to receive your returned merchandise within 30 days of authorizing the return. If we do not receive your return within 30 days of prior authorization, you will be ineligible for the return. In order to ensure we receive your item, please use tracking. Any return must be in the same new and unused condition it was sent. All items must be returned in their entirety with all packing. Any missing or damaged packing will be deducted from the return amount. All returns are subject to a 30% materials and handling fee.
Refunds - Once your return is received and if approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will issue a credit to your original payment method.
Cancellations - orders that have already processed may not be cancelled.
