What kind of Gold do you use? We use 14k gold filled chain and findings for a durable, strong, long lasting product. Some charms are vermeil gold, gold plate or 14k gold.

Is your jewelry Hypoallergenic? yes, our jewelry is hypoallergenic.

How long does it take to get a piece? We use the USPS with tracking, normal times take about 1 to 5 days within the USA. Holiday shipping may take a little longer.

Does my necklace come in a box?  Each piece arrives in a sweet & petite gift box, ready to give as a gift.

What kind of silver do you use? We use sterling silver.
