We accept returns for 10 days from the date you received your item. Buyer pays for return shipping. In order to ensure we receive your item, please use tracking. If you do not use a tracking number, we are not responsible if we do not receive the item to return your money. Any return must be in the same new and unused condition it was sent. All original packaging must be returned with your item.
*Gift Cards, Personalized hand stamped items and custom name necklaces are final sales and cannot be returned. Please contact us if you are unhappy and we will try to find an equitable solution.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 1 to 2 days.
