Return requests need to be initiated within 7 days from when your order tracking status is delivered by sending your request via our Contact Form.

All returns must be approved. Items returned without a prior return authorization number will not be eligible for a return. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.  Shipping charges are not refundable. We need to receive your returned merchandise within 30 days of authorizing the return.
