Lost/damaged parcels - Contact the shipper for a lost/damaged parcel form for lost or damaged packages.

Return requests need to be initiated within 7 days from when your order tracking status is delivered by sending your request via our Contact Form.
All returns must be approved. Items returned without a prior return authorization number will not be eligible for a return. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges are not refundable. We need to receive your returned merchandise within 30 days of authorizing the return. If we do not receive your return within 30 days of prior authorization, you will be ineligible for the return. In order to ensure we receive your item, please use tracking.
