All USA orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Express shipping may be available for an additional cost.

International Shipping

Lost/damaged parcels - Contact the shipper for a lost/damaged parcel form for lost or damaged packages.

Return requests need to be initiated within 7 days from when your order tracking status is delivered by sending your request via our Contact Form.

Shipping charges are not refundable. We need to receive your returned merchandise within 30 days of authorizing the return. If we do not receive your return within 30 days of prior authorization, you will be ineligible for the return. In order to ensure we receive your item, please use tracking. Any return must be in the same new and unused condition it was sent. All items must be returned in their entirety with all packing. Any missing or damaged packing will be deducted from the return amount. All returns are subject to a 30% materials and handling fee.

Refunds - Once your return is received and if approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will issue a credit to your original payment method.
