Returns

We accept return requests.  To be eligible for a return you must notify us within 7 days from when your tracking status is delivered.  Returns must be approved. Items returned without a prior return authorization number will not be eligible for a return. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.  Shipping charges are not refundable. We must receive your returned merchandise within 30 days of authorizing the return. If we do not receive your return within 30 days of prior authorization, you may be ineligible for the return. In order to ensure we receive your item, please use tracking.  Any return must be in the same new and unused condition it was sent.  All items must be returned in their entirety with all packing. Any missing or damaged packing will be deducted from the return amount. All returns are subject to a 30% materials and handling fee.

Refunds -  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will issue a credit to your original payment method less our 30% materials and handling fee.

Cancellations - we accept cancellation up to 24 hours of placing an order.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sales and not returnable. Items that were part of a set and not fully returned will receive a partial return.
