AR Jewelry Processing, Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping on all US orders over $55.00. Orders below $55.00, shipping rate is $4.75 at checkout.

Shipping for International orders will be calculated at checkout. Please be advised that any additional fees for shipping abroad will be the responsibility of the buyer (brokerage fees, customs duties, and any other charges).

Most orders will ship within 1-5 business days of purchase. Please note this when choosing the ‘Express Shipping’ option. Processing times are subject to delay during new launches or holidays.

After your item has shipped, the average delivery time for US orders is around 4-7 business days and the average delivery time for International orders is dependent upon the shipping option chosen at checkout.

We hope you love your AR jewelry, however, if for any reason you do not, we offer returns in exchange for store credit or account credit on unworn items in re-sellable condition.*

To start an exchange, please use our contact form with your order number and ‘Exchange Request’ in the subject line within 7 days of receiving your package. Once the order is returned and inspected, an e-gift card will be issued. Store credit value will be the merchandise total, minus original and return shipping fees.

*For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for earrings that have been tried on.

*Sale merchandise and all orders placed with a discount code of 20% or more are final sale.

*If you return individual items from a set, you’ll be charged the original retail price for those kept items, and your store credit will reflect the difference.

Once the item is packaged, shipped and in the shipping carrier's hands, we are no longer responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries, or undeliverable addresses. Please contact the shipping provider with any shipping concerns.

If your package was ‘Returned to Sender’ for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to re-ship the item.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and ‘Damaged Order’ in the subject line. Attach a photo of the damaged item and we will send you a return shipping label and a replacement item.

1. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order BEFORE it is processed & collected by the shipping carrier. If your order has shipped, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. 
2. How long do I have to make a return?
All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your package.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Upon approval, the return address will be emailed to you. 
5. What is my return shipping cost?/ Will you pay for the return shipping cost?
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
6. How will I receive my refund?

By gift card or refund issued to your original account.

7. Can I refund a Gift Card? No, Gift Cards cannot be reloaded; used for payment outside of AR Today Charm Jewelry, used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash; or returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law).
