Shipping and Returns

Shipping - our jewelry is custom made to order, we take 1-5 days to make your order and ship.  Most orders in USA arrive within 7 days of purchase.  Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Special requests, gift notes are available to be included with your order, please contact us with your request.

Returns - Please contact us for assistance on a return for store credit or an exchange.

We accept return requests. To be eligible for a return you must notify us within 5 days from when you received your item.  We must approve a return. Items returned without a prior return authorization number will not be eligible for a return. Buyer pays for the return shipping.  Shipping charges are not refundable. We must receive your returned merchandise within 10 days of authorizing the return. If we do not receive your return within 10 days of prior authorization, you may be ineligible for the return. In order to ensure we receive your item, please use tracking.  If you do not use a tracking number, we are not responsible if we do not receive the item.  Any return must be in the same new and unused condition it was sent.  All items must be returned in their entirety with all packing. Any missing or damaged packing will be deducted from the store credit we issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds are issued in the form of a store credit or an exchange. Merchandise returned without prior authorization is not an eligible return.

LOST or DAMAGED PARCELS

Contact the shipper for a lost/damaged parcel form for lost or damaged packages.

*For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for earrings, ring sets.

* Hand stamped items are a final sale.

*Sale merchandise, gift cards and all orders placed with a discount code of 20% or more are final sale.

*If you return individual items from a set, you’ll be charged the original retail price for those kept items.
